Gentle, light yellow in colour with nice green nuances. Elegant and fresh, the nose is dominated by fern, cavity and green apple tones. Refreshing, citrus and “flexible” in the mouth, the wine offers you a long and fine ending of the taste with well-preserved fruity sweetness. This is a wonderful summer wine for an aperitive; also serve with green salads, shrimps or calamari, hummus and other starers, as well as with the typical for the Bulgarian summer cuisine vine-leaves sarma, spinach or cavity fried balls, banitza with spinach or sorrel.
