A delicate golden green color. The wine has a fine variety-specific aroma with hints of spring flours, granadilla, citrus, white apple and mirabella.
The taste has a fresh arc, a noticeable juicy length, fruity harmony and a very tasty finish.
Pleasant as an aperitif, the wine goes well with Russian salad, pasta, risotto, crayfish and fish, chicken, prosciutto, dry specialties, eggs and soft cheeses such as brie, camembert and cow’s milk white brained cheese.
The New Bloom winery is located in the town of Saedinenie /Thracian Valley/, 22 km north-west from the city of Plovdiv. The winery owns a total of 6000 dka of vineyards.
