The grapes for this wine picked on 7 september, by hand in cases. The dry and hot summer contributed again to its ripeness perfect antocians and fennoks preservation. The grapes are two times selected – at the wineyard and in the winery, using double storing table. The selection of the whole grape clusters was done on the first table, then the grapes were shelled by machine and the separation of the passed through the seller damaged and unripe grapes was done. The total duration of maceration was 40 days. The wine fermented in stainless steel at temperature 28-32C. It aged in new French oak barrels type “barrique”, specially constructed for this wine for 12 months and then 6 months on bottle before launching on the market.
