INCANTESIMO is a dry red wine from the Thracian lowland. It is also teroaric wine, because it is made from the grapes from a single wineyard, specially selected due to its characteristics. The grapes was in its relatively optimal technological ripeness. It was picked up by hand, in casks and vinified using a technology suitable for its sort and the traditions of Logodaj Winery. The grapes was selected on the first table, the it was shelled and on the second table the separation of the passed through the sheller parts was done, removing the damaged and unripe grapes. Maceration took place for 30 days. The wine fermented in inox at temperature 25-30C and it aged 12 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle before being launched on the market.
