The wine has a ruby red color with aromas of black fruit and cassis and soft and harmonious taste. Hand-picked in the second half of September, the grapes are then processed at 16-18°C for maximum extraction of phenols and aromatic compounds. The fermentation is carried out with a certain strain of yeast. This wine is characterized by its intense ruby red colour with brown undertones. Pronounced aroma of oak and black fruits. Mild taste and long lasting harmonious taste on the palate.
