Made of selected grapes from the Assenovgrad region. Grapes are hand-picked in the second half of October. The wine paste is processed at 16-18°C for maximum extraction of phenols and aromatic compounds. The fermentation is carried out with a certain strain of yeast. Characterized by its intense ruby red colour with brown undertones. Pronounced aroma of oak and black fruits, soft and harmonious taste. Palate mirrored the nose, which is durable and impressive.
