Mature: the wine has matured for 6 months in brand-new barrels of American oak and has a potential to age in a bottle for up to 5 years

Food pairing suggestions: an excellent accompaniment to intense-tasting red meat dishes with spices, wine sauces and wild mushrooms, grilled meat with vegetables, small game with flavourings, lamb dishes, mature sheep’s cheese
