We ship via DHL or any other courier available to deliver in your country. You may have the option to select a preferred one at checkout. However, we may end up using a different carrier than the one you have selected if the carrier your selected is not available or applicable for delivery to your address. If for some reason we cannot accommodate your choice of shipping carrier, we do reserve the right to use a different carrier than the one you selected, with the same or better delivery service and same or lower cost to you.
Unless other delivery times are specified, orders received by 12:00 a.m. and fully paid at the time of the purchase will still be sent to the seller/warehouse for fulfillment on the very same day. If you have chosen to pay with a bank transfer, we will send the your order for fulfillment the day that your payment clears (it takes usually 2-5 days for a bank payment to clear).
We process orders and send them for fulfillment on a daily basis. However the sellers/warehouses that will fulfill your order may have a different shipping schedule than ours. In general, their shipping days are all working days (this may differ if working days are are immediately before or after a holiday) and are as follows:
Shipping to Europe — Monday to Thursday
Shipping outside of Europe — Monday to Friday
We always try to ship all orders within five days of receiving the order, often on the very same day.
If your order contains items from different sellers or items that have different delivery times then we might send your order in more than one package. In this case, the shipping times are determined by the items with the longest delivery time.
The maximum weight per package is 15 kg. however this might vary depending on the nature of items in your package. If your order is heavier then you will receive it in more than one package.
Shipping costs may differ depending on your delivery address. There is a shipping calculator at the checkout page, please use it if you want to check the exact shipping costs for your order.
Use the following shipping table as a guide for shipping costs. These costs may change based on your location and the nature of your order. Depending on your location, it is possible that your order may incur additional delivery costs like duties, excise or import fees imposed by your customs office.

Shipping costs for wholesale orders are calculated on per contract basis and are not included in the table above.
Unless otherwise noticed or advised your order will be shipped out of Europe (Germany or Luxembourg).
If your order is shipped to a destination outside the EU or EEA, the recipient may be charged duties and taxes upon delivery of the order. Duties and taxes are determined by the authorities in the country to which the order is being shipped to. We have no control or prior knowledge of these fees. Please contact your customs office for further inquiries.
By placing such an order you are agreeing to pay any additional duties and taxes that may be applicable and due upon import into your country.
All non-EU destinations should expect their order to go through customs and be required to pay import duties and or fees. Since Brexit, this is also the case for all orders from the UK.
The recipient of the order is solely responsible for payment of any import duties, taxes and charges.
By placing you order with us you agree that you have read and are fully aware of all additional delivery charges that you may incur because of your shipping destination.
When To Expect Your Order
Once we receive the order, we notify any local sellers or warehouses, that are best suited to fulfill your order. We send the notification immediately after you place the order with us. Once they have received the order, and provided that all items are in stock, they will ship your order within 1 to 5 days, often on the very same day. Please note that it is possible that some sellers may have shipping restrictions — for example shipping Monday to Wednesday only.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment.
Your order status is available at any time in your Order History page in your online account with us.
Shipping of Perishable Items
If your order contains perishable items, it is recommended that you choose a faster delivery service. We make every effort to ensure that all products arrive to their final destination in the best condition possible so please be mindful when choosing the shipping method.
Sometimes we may not be able to ship perishable items (destination address too far from the seller for example). In this case we will let you know and will fully refund those items back to you.
When purchasing frozen or perishable items online, please note that due to the nature of the products, their appearance, consistency, state, taste and other physical characteristics may change during transportation. This is perfectly normal and in most cases will not change the quality of the items, only their physical appearance. If you suspect that an item has gone bad during transportation, you should alert us immediately. You should not consume any items that you deem unsafe to consume.

For shipping and deliveries to the rest of the world, please contact us. In general, we will be able to accommodate your order, provided that there are no special requirements for delivering to your country and that the items you would like to order can survive the trip.
IMPORTANT: Due to the developing COVID-19 situation we cannot accept returns of any food items. This limitation supersedes all other shipping and return policies we’ve previously had until further notice.

If you decide not to use the products you purchased, it is often possible to return them to us for a refund. This is considered on a case-by-case and is fully at the discretion of our management. If we accept a full return, then a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, will be issued upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. In some cases we may be able to refund the shipping costs as well.
In order to be eligible for a return, you need to be in possession of the goods and voluntarily return them to us after contacting us about it.
Returns Due To Non-Delivery or Non-Retrieval
Any returns back to us due to your order not being able to be delivered (i.e. wrong address, package refused, returned by courier, returned by customs, etc.) are subject to a return shipping charge and a restocking fee, regardless of the reason of return. You are also responsible for paying any other charges that your package incurs on the way back (i.e back import duties, courier fees, etc.) to us.
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact us by means of a clear statement about your decision to cancel this contract.

You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
If you should ever be dissatisfied with your item, we grant you a voluntary right of return for the return of your item in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for a further 16 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier who have taken possession of the goods.
So you can try out your purchase in peace and send it back within 30 days. Please take your return note and the return label from your package. Please do not send any parcels back to us freight collect.
A prerequisite for exercising the right of return is that you have not consumed, opened or damaged the goods in any way and that you return the goods in their original condition in full.
You have to pay for the return of the goods.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will arrange for the payment of your cancelled order, with the exception of any costs outlined in our returned policy above, to be returned to you within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For the repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for the repayment transaction.
We reserve the right to delay the repayment until we have received the goods back with us.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 day period has expired.
You must pay all costs as described in our Return Policy outlined above. You must pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. All applicable costs will be withheld from the total amount due back to you.
